HAWAIIAN DELIGHT 
1 box Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 sm. containers Cool Whip

Grease 12x18 pan. Bake cake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then let cool. Add milk and cream cheese to pudding, mix until smooth, then pour over cooled cake. Place pineapple on top of pudding, chill for 30 minutes. Now spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Sprinkle coconut on top.
