TUNA AND SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pkg. spinach defrosted by putting in a strainer over boiling water
7 slices American cheese cubed
1 can tuna drained
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3/4 cup mayo

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat next 2 ingredients. Mix milk and tuna mixture. Pour into deep dish pie shell.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until dry.
