HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. sausage (browned and drained)
1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter
2 cans tomatoes, chopped
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
Garlic to taste (optional)
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

Brown sausage in large skillet. Add onions and saute. Drain sausage; add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and Velveeta cubes. Cook slowly until melted. Serve warm with Mexican chips.
