SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, minced
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic powder

Brown sausage, onion and ground meat. Drain off fat. Melt cheese in double boiler and combine with meat and remaining ingredients. Serve with your favorite chips.
