TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
4-5 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
1/2 c. milk, heated
4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese

Wash and grease potatoes. Bake, scoop potatoes from jackets, keeping jackets in 2 halves. Mash potatoes with butter, milk and salt. Fill potato jacket halves with potato mix.
