SHRIMP FARERI 
5 lbs. shrimp
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. melted butter

1. Shell, devein and dry shrimp.

2. In skillet heat 4 tablespoons butter. Add shrimp and cook over high heat until shrimp turn pink (about 2 minutes, don't over cook).

3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Mix well and place in single buttered baking dish or individual buttered baking dishes.

4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

5. Pour evenly over the top 1/4 pound melted butter.

6. Put under hot broiler to brown (can be fixed ahead and broiled just before serving). Serves 6.
