SIMPLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. meat, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can Golden Mushroom soup (Campbells)
1/3 can water
Add more mushrooms is optional

Brown meat in skillet. In another pan saute onions in butter until tender. When meat is done add onions to it. Then add all other ingredients. Let simmer while egg noodles are cooking. When noodles are done drain, and stroganoff is ready to serve.
