APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS | |
2 c. finely crushed Keebler Cinnamon Crisp (about 12 crackers) 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 egg 1 carton (8 oz.) plain yogurt 1/4 c. oil 1 c. pared, chopped apple (1 lg.) Grease 12 muffin cups. Stir together dry ingredients. Combine egg, yogurt and oil. Add liquid all at once to graham mixture, stirring only until moistened. Fold in apples. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
