STUFFED FRANKFURTERS 
8 frankfurters
8 slices bacon
1/4 c. cheese spread
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. pickle relish

Split franks lengthwise, but not all the way through. Combine cheese spread, relish and mustard, spread about 1 tablespoon of mixture on each frankfurter. Wind a slice of bacon around each. Secure with a toothpick. Broil about 6 minutes, turning once. Bacon should be cooked and crispy. Eat with cornbread.
