FRANKFURT STEW 
1 piece of shank
1 can tomato sauce
4 lg. diced potatoes
2 qts. water
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 lb. chourico, cut up
1 pkg. (8-10) hot dogs
1 c. elbow macaroni
Seasonings

Boil shank, onion and chourico together for 45 minutes. Add cut up potatoes after meat has cooked for 1/2 hour, then when meat has cooked for the full 45 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are done.
