FRANKFURTER BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. wieners, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. mustard

In large pan, cook noodles as directed and drain and return to pan. Stir in cheese, milk, butter, flour and stir until well mixed. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish, preferably a 13 x 6.

In a large bowl, combine sliced wieners with remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over the bed of noodles. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot. 6 servings.
