SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed round butter crackers
1/3 c. butter, melted

Saute pepper and onion in butter until tender. Mix crabmeat, shrimp, sauteed onions and peppers together with mayonnaise. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix cracker crumbs with butter and sprinkle generously over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: six servings.
