SCOTCH SHORT BREAD 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 1/4 c. flour

Cream butter. Add sugar a little at a time. Add flour a little at a time. Knead for 5 minutes.

Put wax paper in 9 inch pie pan and spread evenly in pan. Mark off in squares with fork before placing in oven. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
