PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING | |
8 pork chops, browned 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. celery 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 c. water 1 pkg. dry (Mrs. Grass) noodle soup mix 1/2 tsp. sage 4 cups croutons Saute celery and onions in butter in pan from browned pork chops, add water, soup mix and sage. Simmer 5 minutes add 4 cups croutons. Put dressing in bottom of baking dish. Add chops on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
