PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING 
Four 1 to 1 1/2 inch pork chops
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
2 c. seasoned croutons
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Chopped onion, if desired
2 tbsp. butter

Brown pork chops in hot oil. Remove to baking pan. Combine corn, croutons, eggs, onion and butter. Pour over pork chops, cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Serves 4.
