HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. pkgs. frozen hash browns 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese or 1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream mushroom soup Mix butter with cheese. Melt on low heat. Defrost potatoes; mix all ingredients. Put in large 9 x 123 dish. Just before baking, sprinkle with 2 cups crushed Saltines mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. |
