TANGY MOLDED SALAD 
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt, if desired
1 1/2 c. cold applesauce

Place candy and water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until candy is melted. Dissolve Jello and salt in hot liquids. Add lemon juice, applesauce and mix well. Chill. Serves 8.
