TANGY POTATO SALAD 
3 c. hot diced potatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. French dressing
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pickle, chopped (opt.)
3 eggs, hard boiled
1 tsp. paprika (opt.)

While potatoes are hot, add mayonnaise and French dressing; mix well. Add onion, celery, salt, pepper and pickle (optional); mix well. Garnish with eggs and paprika (optional). Refrigerate until well chilled.
