1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 pkg. taco mix
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can green beans
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 c. ketchup or more
1 c. rice (opt.)
1 c. grated cheese (opt.)
Anything else you can think of

Make corn bread, set aside. Brown meat, onions, bell pepper in skillet. Add taco mix and ketchup. You may need to add a little water to moisten. Add other ingredients, bring to slow boil. Pour into oblong dish or pan. Drop cornbread mix by the tablespoon across top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
