SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. sweet or hot sausage
1 lg. onion
4 green peppers
1/2 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil sausage 20 minutes. Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Place sausage in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Cut onion and peppers into slices. Put over peppers. Pour oil over sausage, peppers, and onions. Add spices and toss mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
