GRANDMA TENA'S PIECE | |
1/2 stick butter 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1/2 c. tomato paste 4 c. hot water 2 c. uncooked long grain rice Saute onion in butter; add tomato paste. Add water and rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until rice is cooked, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes. |
