CRUNCHY TOP HAM AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. Southern-style frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all casserole ingredients and mix well. Place in 13x9x2 baking dish.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 10 servings.
