GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots, cut in lg. chunks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon

In large skillet, saute carrots in 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook until tender; drain. Add butter, sugar and spice of your choice. Return mixture to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until carrots are glazed. Yield: Makes 4 servings.
