HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
4 lg. fresh carrots
Honey
Cinnamon
Little salt to taste

Thinly slice carrots. Place in microwave dish. Pat with butter. Pour over honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook 1-3 minutes on high, checking every 50 seconds. Do not overcook. Carrots should be tender, but still firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
