SALMON NUGGETS 
15 oz. can pink salmon
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
Black pepper to taste

Pour juice off salmon into measuring cup and set aside. Dump salmon into mixing bowl. Drop in egg. Use a fork to break up salmon. Add pepper and mix until gummy. Add flour and stir well (will be very thick). Take 1/4 cup of juice and add baking powder and beat with fork. Pour over salmon and stir well.

Drop by 1/2 tsp. into hot oil and brown. Drain well.
