CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen asparagus or broccoli or fresh asparagus
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. low-calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. corn flakes
2 tbsp. butter

Place uncooked asparagus or broccoli in shallow baking dish. Cover with cooked chicken. Mix together the chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spoon over chicken.

Sprinkle with corn flakes and dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
