CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, boiled or 1 lg. fryer, boiled
1 bunch fresh broccoli, boiled or 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing

Boil chicken and cut into bite size chunks. Mix with cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise. Place in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil broccoli and drain. Add butter to taste. Layer over chicken. Prepare stuffing mix and layer on top of broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or microwave on High until hot. Serves 4-6. May be prepared ahead of time and heated before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
