MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can chicken broth
4 carrots, sliced
2 c. cauliflowerets
2 sm. zucchinis
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. vinegar
1 env. Italian dressing mix

In saucepan, bring broth to a boil, add carrots. Simmer for 2 minutes. Cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 4 hours. Makes 7 cups.
