PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. water
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. raisins and or nuts

Combine eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add pumpkin, water and oil and mix again. Then add dry ingredients and mix. For baking, use 4 one pound round coffee cans or 2 loaf pans. Do not grease cans. Pour mixture into cans. Fill to half way mark.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Remove from oven. Turn cans upside down and let stand until cooled. Bread will them slide easily from can.
