HONEY-GLAZED VEAL LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground veal (turkey works great)
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion, divided
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard

Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup onion, basil, salt and pepper. Add evaporated milk, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Place loaf in pan.

Combine mustard and honey. Brush half of glaze over loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze. Bake 30 minutes more. Sprinkle remaining green onions on top. Serves 6.
