MRS. MARSTON'S VEAL LOAF | |
Serve cold, thinly sliced with home made rolls. 2 lbs ground veal 1 c. soft bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 1/4 tsp. salt Add well beaten eggs and milk to meat, bread crumbs, chopped onions and seasonings. Mix well and pack firmly into well greased bread pan. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking for 40 minutes or until top is nicely browned. |
