GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes (cooled and grated)
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, heated with
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream

Toss together and dot with butter. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
