SHRIMP SPREAD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. water
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. bunch green onions or sm. reg. onion
4 1/2 oz. can cocktail shrimp
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat over flame; soup, water and gelatin. Add cream cheese, cream until smooth by hand then add chopped celery, green onions (if you don't have green onions, add 1 small regular onion chopped). If you use green onions use all the onion, green and all. Add cocktail shrimp, then add mayonnaise. Put in Jello mold. I wipe my mold with mayonnaise first then pour it in. Chill for a day or overnight.
