TERIYAKI VENISON MEATBALLS 
1 lb venison burger (or other meat)
1/3 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chopped parsley
salt and peper, to taste
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup Kikkoman teriyaki sauce (or other brand)

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Combine well all ingredients except teriyaki sauce and pineapple in a mixing bowl and let set in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Grease baking pan. Prepare 1 inch meatballs and place evenly in baking pan. Bake for 24 minutes in oven. Stir meatballs every 8 minutes to brown.

Heat teriyaki sauce and pineapple on medium heat in saucepan. Place cooked meatballs in sauce mixture and cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice of your choice.
