Cucumber

RUS SIAN DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. grated onion

Wash tomatoes and slice not quite through to stem end. Slice unpeeled cucumber very thinly and place slices in each split of tomato. Make Russian dressing by combining ingredients in order listed. Serve over the tomatoes.
