3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Cook sausage... if in casings remove them, if patties, crumble them. Cool sausage bits, then in mixing bowl combine sausage with all other ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet, 10 to 15 minutes in 400 degree oven.
