PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 whole eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add oil, sift dry ingredients, then beat. Add egg mixture, pumpkin and mix well. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1 stick butter
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with mixer, until creamy. Put 1/2 cup of the nuts in cake mixture and 1/2 cup of nuts in the icing.
