PUMPKIN CAKE 
Mix:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix:

2 c. pumpkin
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs

Mix dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 box powdered sugar
1 sm. pkg. (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together and mix until smooth. Spread on cool cake.
