PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. of nuts

Set aside 1 cup of cake mix. Add 1 stick butter (melted) and 1 egg beaten to cake mix. Press into the bottom of greased lightly floured 9x13 pan. Into bowl, put 1 large can pumpkin, 3 eggs (beaten), 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Beat well. Spread over cake mixture. To the 1 cup reserved cake mix, add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 stick soft butter (not melted). Crumble together and spread over the pumpkin mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove and let cool then refrigerate. To serve cut into squares and top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. P.S.: Can be mixed by hand.
