ORANGE PUMPKIN CAKE SQUARES 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1/3 c. frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add pumpkin, spices, flour, eggs, and orange juices. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Can be topped with Cool Whip. Makes 12 to 15 servings.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine icing ingredients.
