ORANGE - CARAMEL SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs
2/3 c. orange slices with skin left on

Beat sugar and eggs 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in flour. Fold in orange pieces and pecans. Spread thinly in greased jelly roll pan or any shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden color and firm to touch. While warm, spread thinly with glaze. Cool in pan. When cool, cut into bars. Makes 50 bars.

GLAZE:

Grated rind of 1 orange
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cream

Combine all ingredients.
