1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour - unsifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. grated zucchini

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. To egg add orange juice and oil. Fold into dry ingredients and add orange peel and zucchini. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Can drizzle with icing.
