HERBED OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano leaves
Dash each of salt, pepper and garlic powder
1 1/4 lbs. skinned & boned chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips

In a small bowl, combine crumbs and seasonings, dip chicken strips in water, then into crumbs mixture, pressing crumbs to make sure they adhere and chicken is thoroughly coated. Microwave on High 10 minutes, turn, microwave on High approximately 7 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
