HERB - STUFFED SQUASH | |
1/2 c. Patty Mix 2 potatoes, cooked and diced 1 acorn squash 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped 1 tsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Patty Mix and water. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut squash in half and remove seeds and pulp. Combine remaining ingredients with patty mix; stuff squash halves. Cover and bake 1 3/4 hours or until squash is tender. |
