APPLE DUMPLINGS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. chopped apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 c. butter
Biscuit dough

Bring cream, water, sugar, and vanilla to a boil in a 9x11 inch pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Roll out biscuit dough and cut into 8 squares. Divide apples and put on squares. Top with 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 tablespoon butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Fold corners and seal. Place in sauce and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until done, 15-20 minutes.
