VITA - BURGER AVOCADO DIP 
1 c. avocado, mashed smooth
1/4 c. Vita-burger soaked in 1/4 c. hot water for 15 minutes
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, and allow to stand for several hours to blend flavors. Serve with your favorite "dippers".
