EASY LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef or turkey 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 32 oz. jar prepared spaghetti sauce 1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese In skillet, brown ground beef or turkey; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and mix thoroughly. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix noodles with a little salad oil to keep pieces from sticking together. Place a few spoonfuls of spaghetti sauce mixture in the bottom of a 15 x 10 x 3 inch baking dish. Layer half of the noodles, cheese and sauce in a dish. Repeat layers. Bake in electric oven at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings. |
