LASAGNE QUICK AND EASY 
2 lbs. of lasagne noodles (raw)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 (24 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
8 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. onion
2 cans mushrooms
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet brown beef, onion and mushrooms. Drain, add sauce and simmer 20 minutes. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, place a single layer of noodles, top with sauce mix, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and repeat until gone, ending with Mozzarella cheese. Before placing into oven, pour 1 cup of water over entire pan. Place in oven and bake 1 hour.
