QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (32 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and cover with cold water to cool. Brown ground beef and onion. Add salt, pepper and spaghetti sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Mix together Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, spread a thin layer of sauce. Arrange 1/4 noodles, 1/4 meat sauce and 1/4 cheese. Repeat layering, ending with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 12 servings.
