QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. ricotta, optional
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil

Cook noodles until done and rinse under warm water. Brown meat with the seasonings then mix with your sauce. Lay noodles in an oblong pan. Begin layering meat sauce, then cheeses. Repeat with noodles, meat sauce and end with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Watch until bubbly.
